Description : Fall River Hatchery, located approximately 25 miles south of Bend, Oregon, was completed in 1929. The hatchery has rainbow trout and cutthroat trout broodstock, which supply rainbow trout to the Deschutes subbasin and cutthroat trout for the state. The hatchery produces legal-sized rainbow trout and provides fingerling rainbow trout, brook trout, and cutthroat trout for air stocking programs throughout the state
